The Carnival Queen and the Ostrich is an ongoing series of work that explores hidden dialogues and gender representation. The visualisation of the figure becomes the responsibility of the viewer. Subverting the formal and contradicting assumption, whilst avoiding a definitive answer, the work deliberately implicates the viewer through their own interpretation.
